 Day 01 : Arrival to Delhi

India Gate

The India gate is considered as a famous tourist's destination which is a war memorial located astraddle the Rajpath. It is actually on the eastern edge of New Delhi's ceremonial axis which is usually called Kingsway. The best time to visit India Gate can be during summers and in the evening. During weekends more families can be seen here.

President house

The next place is the RashtrapathiBhavan or the President's house which is the official residence of the President of India. This is a symbol of British colonial power and was designed by Lutyens. The house contains about 340 rooms which are double the white house. About 320 acres is covered up by the estate which contains Mughal gardens which public can visit on selected days.

Lotus temple

Lotus temple is considered as Bahai house of worship and was completed in the year1986. The temple gets this name as it has a flower shaped appearance and is most prominent in Delhi. Impressed by the Lotus flower, the design for Lotus temple followed 27 free clad marble petals which were placed in three's to make nine sides. The Lotus temple has nine doors which lead to a central hall which has the capacity to hold 2500 people.  Day 02 : Delhi to Agra (200 kms approx.3Hrs)

The Red Fort

The Red Fort was the residence of the Mughal emperor until 1857 for a period of 200 years. "LalQuila" is the local name in Delhi for Red Fort. The Red Fort was given approval to, The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in 1638. The Indian declaration of independence was made at this Fort and hence the ramparts of the Fort were the initial place for the Republic of India. The Red Fort falls under the World Heritage site list by UNESCO since 2007.

Jama Masjid

The Jama Masjid is the greatest mosque in Old Delhi and is largest in India. It has a courtyard which is capable of holding nearly 25,000 devotees. In 1644 the construction was initiated and was completed for being the best architectural extravagance of Shah Jahan. Shah Jahan was the Mughal emperor who constructed the TajMahal and the Red Fort. The lavishly decorated mosque has about four towers, three great gates, and minarets of 40m high which has strips of white marble and red sandstone. The northern gate offer robes which can be hired by tourists where tourists can dress like local.

Humayun Tomb

The magnificent tomb which represents a classic example of Mughal architecture in India and is located at the crossing of Mathura and Lodhi road. After Humayun's death the Tomb was constructed by senior widow Bega Begum in 1565 A.D. the walled enclosure has a number of striking features such as water channels, gardens, and mausoleum with the double domed top. Graves of various Mughal rulers are present in the walled enclosures.

QutubMinar

The 73 high tower of victory was constructed in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak after the last Hindu kingdom of Delhi was defeated. There are five distinctive storeys in the tower where the initial three storeys are built with red sandstone whereas fourth and fifth are made of marble and sandstone. The Quwwat-ul-Islam mosque is at the foot of the tower and is famed to be the first mosque built in India.

India Gate

The India Gate is an arch way or "arc-de-triomphe" which is 42 m high and located at the center of the crossroad. The India Gate is a memorial which marks the lives of about 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives in World War I. The India Gate's foundation stone was laid in 1921 by Royal highness, The Duke of Connaught and the design was done by Edwin Lutyens. By evening the tourists depart from Delhi to Agra through express highway for 3 hours' drive and check-in to the hotel. They have leisure time in the evening and can relax.

 Day 03 : Agra-Jaipur (243 kms approx. ,4Hrs)

Tourists start the tour to Agra and early morning is the right time to watch the sunrise tour of TajMahal. It would be better to start at morning 5.30 during summer and morning 6.15 during winter. The guide and driver would pick the tourists from the hotel and drop at TajMahal.

The TajMahal

The TajMahal is familiar for its ivory white marbled mausoleum which is located on the south banks of river Yamuna in Agra. It was in 1632 that the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan marked to build a tomb for his beloved wife MumtazMahal.Tourists are then led for breakfast and start to their next spot the Agra Fort.

Agra Fort

The large red sand stone fort is the Agra Fort which lies across 94 acres of land. This Fort lies parallel to Yamuna River and is located 2 km North West of TajMahal. The SirkarwarRajputs initially occupied TajMahal and were later captured by Delhi Lodhi rulers. Akbar was the last emperor who made Agra the capital and also captured the Fort. He renovated the Fort with red sandstone and used 4000 workers and almost eight years to complete the Fort. The Majestic gates are the beauty of Agra Fort with Lahore and Delhi gates in the list. Amongst the red sand stone towers, the Elephant gate is a majestic one whereas only the Amar Singh gate is open to the visitors.

FatehpurSikri

The Agra district of Uttar Pradesh holds the FatehpurSikri. The City's name was initially called VijaypurSikari of the Sikarwar Rajput clan. The Chand Baroi is another important spot which can be visited on the way which is a step well which was constructed in Abhaneri village of Rajasthan thousand years ago. This particular step well is one of the largest steps well in the world. Check-in to Jaipur hotel during the evening, they have leisure time in the evening and stay there for the night.

 Day 04 :¬†Delhi (268 kms approx. ,5Hrs)

After completion of early morning breakfast tourists visit Amber fort and also enjoy Jeep safari. The jeep safari climbs the Amber fort, where tourists are excited with the trip. After all these excitements, tourists are driven to Delhi. On the way they have lunch in a multi-cuisine restaurant.
